MY01-07 Fuel Anti-surge System

A solution for a bolt in fuel delivery system for the WRX is long over due. There were currently only the following options available.
1.upgrade the intank fuel pump to a high capacity unit but this doesn’t address the surging issue under hard acceleration or hard cornering when the tank is low on fuel.
2. Install an anti-surge/fuel pump system in the boot of the car which will work fine but this takes up storage space, makes the interior of the car smell of fuel and the fuel pump noise will drive you mad.
3. install a totally new baffled fuel tank. Expensive and very big job to fit.

The new Process West system address all of these issues as the unit is mounted on the outside of the car and simply bolts into place then plug in the fuel lines. The system is connected into the factory fuel system at the factory fuel pump connection plate.

The kit comes with a 700hp rated Bosch Motorsports “044” pump. There are no cutting of any factory fuel lines and the car can be reverted back to stock very easily. Tank capacity is 3.5litres.

This pic shows the internal fuel pick up of the system. This pickup sucks fuel from the rearward most point of the tank even though the actual connection is at the front of the tank.
